To use EasyMid in Linux you should install it's Windows emulator called
wine
To easy install the emulator use the Linux synaptic manager or Adept Manager.
Once is installed
wine, you must add to it easymid.exe
and to setup it.
So go to the command line and writte:
sudo winecfg
|
Add EasyMidi to WinE.
Go to Audio tab and select ALSA driver. Save it

To execute the program you must place in easymid folder first.
From the command line use
cd easymid_path:
cd /home/lui/Desktop/easymid
And run easymid with:
wine easymid
The following pages are common to Windows and Linux.
The only comment is that I use
Timidity device for the output ports.
We will configure the output and input ports inside Easymid.
